一、報名方式、日期：

（一）網路報名取得繳費帳號期間：自114年11月25日上午9時起至12月9日中午12時止。

（二）網路報名登錄資料期間：自114年11月25日上午9時起至12月9日下午3時止。

（三）審查資料繳交截止日：依各系所學程「資料繳交方式」規定辦理，詳細繳交方式規定，請詳閱招生簡章系所分則。

1.通訊郵寄：114年12月9日前（以郵戳為憑）。

2.網路上傳：114年12月9日下午5時止（逾時不受理）。

二、報名流程：(詳閱簡章6-8頁)

（一）於報名系統取得繳費帳號。

（二）於報名系統線上以信用卡、金融卡繳款、或至全國金融機構自動提款機（ATM）繳費、第一銀行臨櫃繳款（擇一方式繳費）。

（三）於報名系統填寫個人基本資料，完成報名後下載PDF報名表自行存檔。

（四）依系所規定繳交報名所需相關表件。
