In 2016, National Chengchi University (NCCU) ranked top 100 for “Communication and Media Studies” in QS ranking which reflected the university’s academic quality in the field of Communication and Media. College of Communication consists of three main departments – Journalism, Advertising and Radio & Television and offers programs from undergraduate to PhD degrees. Except IMICS, others are Mandarin-taught programs.

College of Communication’s building is located in the middle uphill inside NCCU campus and the college has its own library – Library of College of Communication – one of the 5 libraries of NCCU. While IMICS Program Office is located in Dayong Building in the downhill, most of IMICS courses take place in both Dayong Buiding and College of Communication Building which are 10-minute-walking distance from each other.
